Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our current processing time is 3-7 business days, so expect a shipping notification sometime between that time frame!

Q: How long does shipping take?

Due to the ongoing pandemic, USPS / International mail is running EXTREMELY slow. PLEASE allow extra time for your package to arrive. I post my current processing times and update them as needed, but that's BEFORE shipping times. Once your order ships, please expect to wait anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive if you live in the United States. If you are outside of the United States, please be aware that due to the pandemic and packages sitting in customs for so long, your order may take weeks or even months to arrive. Kimmi's Studio is not responsible for replacing the contents or the price of the package once it is shipped.

A: PRE-Pandemic times; expect shipping duration to be increased drastically!: We ship all orders via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking; once your order is marked as shipped, expect it to take 4-14 days for orders in the United States. For international orders, expect anywhere from 14-30 days.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: Due to the nature of the hand making business we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order please contact us! We treat these on a case-to-case basis but want to make all of our customers happy!

Q: I entered my wrong address! What do I do?

A: Contact us immediately! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we should be able to change it. However, if the order has shipped, there’s nothing we can do on our end unfortunately.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Please contact us within 24 hours if you’d like to cancel your order for any reason. Sometimes orders can be filled in that time frame. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot cancel or refund your purchase. 

Q: Can I combine coupon codes?

A: Due to Shopify policy, only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
