POLICIES

** If you leave a message on your order, most of the time I do not see it until I'm packaging it. If you have any questions or concerns, please message me directly so I can give you a prompt response! :)

** Stickers are printed on high-quality, vibrant, matte sticker paper; kiss-cut and ready to peel and put into your planner!

** Please note that all items sold are handmade and may contain slight flaws. I try my best to make sure everything is perfect, but I'm a one-person show (and human), so sometimes things may slip by me. If this is the case, please send me a message and I'll do my best to fix it however I can!

* Orders typically begin processing 24 hours after purchase. If you'd like to cancel your order, it must be within 24 hours of the original transaction. Once a shipping label is purchased I cannot cancel or refund your order. **During sales I do not cancel or change orders.

* Payment is required before items are shipped.

** Coupon codes:
* Only ONE coupon can be used per order transaction.
* Coupon codes/sale prices cannot be applied to prior purchases.

SALES:
When there is a sale, I cannot combine multiple orders. I do not do cancellations. If your address is incorrect, here on Shopify I can manually edit your address, so please send me an email at contact@kimmisstudio.com with your order number and updated address. Etsy does not allow manual editing of addresses, so if shopping on there please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. Again, I cannot cancel an order just due to an incorrect address.

* Every item shipped to you is treated with delicate care and is thoroughly checked prior to shipment; however, if for some reason your item is received damaged, miscut, misprinted, or your stickers are hard to peel/rip when peeled, please send me a message and I’ll do whatever I can to make it right! I want to make all of you happy! 💗

* Please note computer monitors, cell phone/tablet screens / etc all display colors differently. The colors of stickers received may vary in brightness/darkness/saturation depending on the device you previewed them on.

* If you accidentally place an order or change your mind, I'll happily cancel any order placed as long as it's within 24 hours and/or your order hasn't already been packed with a shipping label. (EXCEPTION: if the order was placed during a sale, I cannot cancel it).

SHIPPING:
**DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC, SHIPPING TIMES THROUGH USPS MAY BE GREATLY EXTENDED. (ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!) PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

** USA ORDERS:
All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Package Mail in a flat rigid mailer and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 business days after processing our current processing time. Keep in mind, the 3-8 days are BUSINESS days and do not include weekends or holidays.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All orders shipped to countries outside of the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Package Mail in a flat rigid mailer and have an estimated delivery of 10-15 business days after processing our current processing time. Keep in mind, the 10-15 days are BUSINESS days and do not include weekends or holidays. International shipping times may greatly vary depending on how long items take to move through customs. This may mean up to 1-2 months for some countries. Please be aware before placing your order.

* International orders may have additional shipping fees due to customs requirements that Kimmi's Studio cannot be held responsible for.

*ALL ORDERS:
* When you receive your shipping notification, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking info to update. The notification simply means I have printed the label for your order, and it is being packaged; sometimes this is late at night and the post office may not scan or “receive” the package until the next day. I try my best to make sure your order gets to the post office within 24 hours of printing the label, but it may take a little bit longer if it’s on the weekend (depending on post office times/pickups).

*** If your tracking information is marked by USPS as "DELIVERED" and you never received it, it is possible that it could be at your local post office. If not, check with neighbors just in case.
If your tracking information is marked by USPS as "DELIVERED" and you never received it, Kimmi's Studio cannot refund the price of your purchase and/or shipping price; I am also not responsible for replacing the package and/or it's contents. If this happens to you and you've contacted the USPS to no avail, message me and I'll gladly give you a discount to replace your order. If this happens to you, please contact USPS for options of what to do as when they mark a package as "delivered", there is absolutely nothing I can do on my end, including refunding the purchase. We as shop owners have no more access to any extra tools to locate your package through USPS than customers do.

** LOST IN TRANSIT:
If your order has NOT been marked as "delivered", and you do believe it's been lost in transit, for domestic orders I can reship your order 20 business days (Monday-Friday only), after the original shipment date. International orders are 40 business days (Monday-Friday only), after the original shipment date.

ADDRESS CHANGES:
* Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing an order. If you noticed your address is incorrect after placing order, contact me within 24 hours. However, I may not be able to change the address if I've already processed your order (sometimes less than 24 hours). If your order is shipped to the wrong address because your default address attached to your account isn't correct, Kimmi's Studio cannot be held responsible for replacing the package or it's contents.

* If the address does end up being incorrect resulting in a delayed delivery, Kimmi's Studio cannot be held responsible for the duration; if USPS chooses to return to sender, I will hold on to the package and message the customer to get the new address. (Keep in mind, when items are "returned to sender", it can take a LONG time to get back to me. It's not nearly as fast as normal shipping times.

* Once your tracking information says "'accepted/scanned/received' at USPS facility" (in other words, your order has been dropped off at the post office), Kimmi's Studio is no longer responsible for the package. If contents of package aren't correct/damaged due to a mistake by Kimmi's Studio, in most cases we will replace your order at our expense.
